🫐 Not a fan of rhubarb? You can also make these beauties with strawberries or blueberries (or a mix!).

THE QUESTION BOX

What If I Don’t Like Being Pregnant?

As far as we’re concerned, we should all be a little more candid about pregnancy. It’s hard. Even when you have a straightforward, no-complications experience, it’s a major physical feat. From nausea and swelling, to fatigue and aches and pains, it’s not exactly a picnic.

So, guess what? If you didn’t like being pregnant, or you’re struggling now, that’s okay. You don’t need to feel guilty or hide your feelings. You can be grateful and excited to be growing your family, but also tired of feeling sick and exhausted. Both things can be true.

Writer Sadiya Dendar wrote about her challenging pregnancy experience (and the relief that came almost immediately after delivery) on parentscanada.com this week. Tap the button below to read more.
